We are kicking off the 2026 Combined Fund Drive (CFD) giving campaign with our beloved First Week to Give promotion sponsored by Washington State Employee Credit Union (WSECU). Give to your favorite CFD member charity and score a Starbucks gift card!

How to qualify

From September 28 to October 5, any state, higher education employee or retiree who does one of the following during this timeframe is eligible to receive a $5 Starbucks e-gift card:

• Start a $5, or more, payroll donation through your online donor account or a payroll contribution form. 
• Increase a current payroll donation by $5, or more.
• Log 1 hour of volunteer time with an active CFD charity member through the CFD volunteer tracker during September 28 through October 5.

Donate monetarily 

• Use our charity search feature to find a charity you want to support through your payroll deduction and begin your donation from there. 
• Login to your donor account to donate through your payroll contribution online. 
• Fill out paper contribution forms and mail to the state CFD team mail to PO Box 40250 Olympia, WA 98504. See paper contribution form options below:

Log your volunteer hours 

• Fill out our volunteer hours form to track at least 1 hour of volunteer time during the week of this promotion.
