This collection contains a list of deceased soldiers with their Company, Date of Death and Place of Burial. There is a list of deaths of the First Washington Infantry, U.S.V. since the arrival of the Regiment in the Philippine Islands. This list dated May 12, 1899 includes the soldier's name, their Company, date of death, place of burial and grave number. There are three letters in the collection addressed to Gov. J.R. Rogers. Two of the letters are from M.I. Ludington, Quartermaster General, U.S. Army. The other letter is from Lt. Col. W.J. Fife. Includes : Letter to Hon. J.R.
