The El Primero yacht log book starts with "Voyage No. 1" dated May 25, 1912. The last voyage that is logged in this book is "Voyage No. 44" dated Sept. 23, 1914. This log book is very charming because each "voyage" is a description of a local excursion, description of some of their experiences and usually each passenger signed the log book and added some comments. There are signatures and comments from some of Tacoma's prominent residents and the Perkins family.
