Currently, all nonprofit filings will be completed by paper forms while we work to provide online filing options. We are processing documents in the order received and there will be delays. If your documents were recently submitted, please disregard any automated late notices while we work to get all records updated on the website. International Student Exchange Agency Program (ISEA)

All international student exchange visitor placement organizations that place students in public schools in Washington State are required to register with the Office of the Secretary of State.
The purpose of International Student Exchange Act is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of international student exchange visitors in Washington in accordance with uniform national standards, while providing a quality educational and living experience. It also helps to promote international awareness among Washington residents, by encouraging them to interact with international student exchange visitors.
The program encourages public confidence in international student exchange visitor placement organizations by helping the organizations to comply with United States Information Agency regulations and nationally established standards.

For information on the relevant laws and rules governing International Student Exchange Agencies see RCW 19.166 and WAC 434-166.
