In 2011, the Washington State Legislature passed a law stating that the Secretary of State shall provide county auditors with the most recent version of election laws. The Office of the Secretary of State has annually published a book of election laws, administrative codes, and the state Constitution for election officials.

The 2024 Law Book will be published in mid-May.
