CCFS Alert
The Corporations & Charities Filing Service (CCFS) is unavailable for online and in-person transactions. In-person document drop off is available at our Tumwater location.

SAME DAY SERVICE FEE: The Same Day Service Fee increased 10/2023. System limitations have delayed the full increase and are now estimated to take effect within the next 60 days.
To ensure transparency, our office is providing more than 30 days’ notice of the increase. An exact fee increase date will be announced within two weeks of the effective date.
Current Same Day Fee: $100
Same Day Fee effective within 60 Days: $150 see WAC 434.112.080(1)

Plan Ahead: The Corporations & Charities Division experiences higher volumes during the holidays and year-end. Use the Future Effective Date feature in CCFS (or by mail) to submit documents up to 90 days early.
Note: This does not apply to Annual Reports, as it will delay it being filed.

A delinquency notice will still be issued on Saturday, November 1, to business entities that have not yet filed their annual report, or for reports that may have been received by our office but are still pending processing.
