Corporations and Charities Division Moving to New Tumwater Location

OLYMPIA – The Corporations and Charities Division of the Office of the Secretary of State is moving to a new location to better serve its customers. 

The new office will be located at 243 Israel Road SE in Tumwater, Washington. It will be open for in-person services on Wednesday, June 18. 

The last day for business at the old location in the James M. Dolliver Building in Olympia, Washington, will be Friday, June 13, 2025. No in-person business will be transacted on Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17 at either location. 

Anyone who needs to file or process documents in person in the office, including same day apostille services, will not be able to do so until the new office location opens on Wednesday, June 18. The customer relations team (phone/chat/email) will also be unavailable at this time. 

The online filing system will still be operational, and customers may submit business registrations and annual maintenance records through the Corporation and Charities Filing System
