For agencies that want the records retention schedules in Excel or .csv format, please do as follows:

  1. Click the "Search Retention Schedule Database" button

  2. Select the schedule you wish to search

    Records Retention Schedules Database Search Bar

  3. Select what series/categories you wish to include

    Pro Tip: Database includes both "Active" and "Inactive" series

  4. Click "Download Results" to export Excel file
