This page lists recent initiative or referendum petitions that have been submitted to the Secretary of State's Office for verification.
Pursuant to RCW 29A.72.170, the Secretary of State rejects petitions until the minimum number of signatures are filed together by the sponsor.
The number of signatures required for an initiative is 308,911 and the number for a referendum is 154,455.
