Online Application Forms
For those who need their documents in a hurry, the Corporations Division offers expedited service for Online, In-person, and Mail Transactions. The fee for expedited service is $50 per entity and online submissions are $20 per entity (in addition to regular fees). In-person expedited service requests received before 3:30 p.m. will be processed the same day, usually within one hour.
The Division of Corporations and Charities is working to bring you the most convenient tools to register and manage your organization. While online filing is currently limited, we are in process of developing additional resources and share the ultimate goal of 100% online access to services. If your requested service is not currently available for online filing please visit Registration Forms for simplified forms that you can print, fill out, and mail.
While we will gladly help you select and complete the proper form and answer questions within our expertise, we cannot provide you with any legal advice. We strongly recommend that you contact an attorney, accountant or other appropriate professionals to make sure you are taking the proper steps. We will make every attempt to review your completed application (filing or rejecting as needed) in a timely fashion, however it is your responsibility to accurately answer all questions as required by law.
