Research, Copy and Reproduction Fees - - Effective March 12, 2012
(Authority: WAC 434-690-080)

Research Services:

No fees will be charged for the retrieval of public records for research and inspection.  Research performed by Archives staff requiring more than 15 minutes will generate a fee.  Research is defined as the collection, assembly or extraction of data or information from records, or the analysis of information to provide a report.

The Archives ability to provide research services may be limited, depending on staffing levels and workload. For the most prompt service, researchers are encouraged to email or phone the Archives.

Begin your research at home by searching our online catalog or the Digital Archives.  Identify records you want to access and provide a list of records to Archives staff and they will be ready upon your arrival.  Please contact the Archives facility you wish to visit at least two days prior to your visit.
