Resolved, By the Legislature of the State of Washington that it is deemed necessary to call a convention to revise or amend the State Constitution. THEREFORE, It is hereby declared and recommended that the electors of the State of Washington, at the next general election, to be held on the Tuesday next succeeded the first Monday in November, 1918, shall vote for or against a convention to revise or amend the Constitution of the State.
