Custom Library - Build the library that meets you unique needs. Your custom library pricing is based on the titles selected and concurrent users. Sample prices are provided below:

Single User Pricing:

STAT!Ref Starter Library (any 6 of the 31 titles) - $199
STAT!Ref Plus Library (any 12 of the 31 titles) - $595
STAT!Ref Complete Library (31 titles) - $2,189

Network User Licenses:

Network pricing is based on the number of concurrent (simultaneous) users, irregardless of location, site, etc. The following matrix provides guidelines for calculating network prices:

1 concurrent user 1.5 x library price
5 concurrent user 3 x library price
10 concurrent user 6 x library price
20 concurrent user 10 x library price
more than 20 - call for pricing

Example: Our complete library for five concurrent users is approximately $6,600 based on the above formulas. This is the initial purchase price. At renewal of your subscription, Teton Data Systems only charges for the texts that update during your subscription period. In a typical year approximately 50% of the texts will update. This means that the renewal of a five concurrent user license in year 2 is only $3,300.

10. What is the minimum participation level (however you care to define it) that would be needed to allow participating libraries to receive a discount? What is the minimum discount for a group buy? Please clarify how you would treat existing library customers with regard to a group buy.

Consortium purchases will have to be negotiated and prices would be dependent on the number of concurrent users accessing the information.

11.  Please indicate whether libraries from Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and/or Hawaii would be eligible to participate in the group buying process.

All libraries who are members of the consortium, regardless of state, can participate.

12.  Please provide name and contact information (toll-free telephone number, e-mail address, hours, etc.) should libraries wish to make further inquires.
