Due to the ongoing fight to reduce the impacts of COVID-19, the Corporations and Charities Division office has some in-person and curbside services available if you are not able to complete your filing online. Phone and processing hours will be temporarily reduced to 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday. No work will be performed on Fridays until after August 7, or further notice. CCFS Unavailable Jan 24 to Jan 27
The Corporations and Charities Filing System (CCFS) will be offline January 24 to January 27 for routine maintenance and system updates. During that time you will not be able to access the system to file documents or conduct searches. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
You will be able to navigate the webpages for information that is outside of CCFS.
This down time will allow our teams to perform maintenance, updates, and apply a few minor legislative changes that go into effect with the new year.
