Feb. 8, 2023: In 2022 our office temporarily suspended the dissolution process for business entities. In Feb. 2023 our office is resuming standard dissolution processes. Effective immediately all delinquent business entities that have not successfully filed their 2022 Annual Report will be subject to dissolution. Below are just a few resources for Veterans and Service Members looking for information about starting or running a business.

Veteran/Service Member Owned Business Registry - Veterans who served honorably and U.S. Active Duty, Reserve or National Guard Service Members are eligible for the registry. The Veteran or Service Member must control and own at least 51% of the business and the business must be legally operating in the State of Washington. There is no cost to register your business with the Veteran/Service Member Owned Business Registry.

Linked Deposit Program - Up to 2% Interest Rate Reduction on Business Loans
The Washington State Veteran Linked Deposit Program improves access to capital for certified Veteran and Service Member owned business enterprises by decreasing interest rates on small business loans up to 2%!
