Empower the Patron: Unmediated Requesting in WorldCat Resource Sharing: BCR Online Description: The WorldCat Resource Sharing service from OCLC offers features that can improve your staff efficiency. Participants in this workshop will learn how to set up patron-initiated requesting through FirstSearch and create Direct Request profiles to auto-submit requests to lenders without staff intervention.
