This session is an overview of the rules and requirements for the destruction of paper-based records for agencies that want to dispose of the original records after imaging. Topics include a review of Chapter 434-663 WAC (Imaging Standards), how to identify eligible and appropriate records for "scanning and tossing", management of images, and destruction/archival transfer of the paper-based records.
