This session is an overview of the rules and requirements for the destruction of paper based records for agencies that want to destroy the paper based records after imaging. Topics include a review of WAC 434-663 Imaging Standards, how to identify the appropriate records eligible for "scanning and tossing", management of the images, and the destruction of the paper based records.
