This "boot camp" will introduce Enterprise Content Management(ECM)systems - what they are and what they can do, and to help agencies get through the obstacle courses and the tools for planning and the homework agencies can do themselves to get ready for ECM before, during and after. There will be drills and exercises to get you ready to "blaze the trail" to information management. NOTES: Lunch will be on your own! Parking is free onsite.
