This "boot camp" will introduce Enterprise Content Management(ECM)systems - what they are and what they can do, and to help agencies get through the obstacle courses and the planning and prep work necessary to get ready for ECM. There will be drills and exercises to get you ready to "blaze the trail" to information management. NOTES: Lunch will be on your own!
