This "boot camp" will introduce Enterprise Content Management(ECM)systems - what they are and what they can do, and to help agencies get through the obstacle courses and the planning and prep work necessary to get ready for ECM. There will be drills and exercises to get you "combat ready" for ECM implementation. NOTES: Lunch will be on your own! Parking is free at adjacent lots at a first come, first serve basis.
