This session is about essential records and disaster preparedness/recovery. Topics will include how to identify an essential record, and strategies for disaster preparedness to protect agency records, mitigate damage, and facilitate recovery. The two vendors with the current master contract for the state, Polygon and BMSCAT, will present real-life case studies with recovery strategies and solutions.
